Die meisten Fashionistas dürften zu dieser Zeit grad bunte Hippie Sandalen oder Strandlatschen aus Bast kaufen. Ich dagegen, kaufe mir drei paar Schuhe in Schwarz. Warum? 1) Weil Schwarz meine Lieblings (Nicht-) Farbe ist. 2) Schwarz immer geht. 3) Der Frühling sich bisher nur sporadisch hat blicken lassen. Drei gute Gründe also in klassische Schuhe in der klassischsten Farbe zu investieren.
Die Budapester mussten sein, weil sie zu meinem Faltenrock von Zara ganz hervorragend aussehen und weil mir Olivia Palermos silbernes Exemplar bisher noch nicht begegnet ist.
Die Converse mussten sein, weil ich sie einfach liebe und noch keine schwarzen, halbhohen Chucks habe. Ich muss wohl kaum erwähnen, dass Chucks niemals aus der Mode kommen, oder?
Tja und mit den Slip-ons von asos habe ich ziemlich lange geliebäugelt. Meine allerliebsten Slip-ons von Tommy Hilfiger sehen zwar noch ganz passabel aus, aber ich brauchte noch ein Paar in Schwarz. Mein Dank geht an Cèline, weil Cèline die Slip-ons salonfähig gemacht hat. Hast du gut gemacht, Phoebe.
It is this particular time of the year again. Yes, I'm talking about spring. Once spring has arrived (only to disappear after a couple of days and bring along november weather) fashionistas around the world are coveting the latest trends of the season. And of course, spring calls for colors. In my case, for my favorite color: black. Yep, I don't need colorful footwear. I just need shoes that go with everything.
Thats why I needed these black oxfords, because they are a perfect match for my favorite plaid skirt from Zara and because I still have no clue where Olivia Palermo found her ridiculously cute silver oxfords.
Do I really have to explain why I needed another pair of black converse? Simply, because everyone needs at least one pair of converse. That's why.
Oh yes, these slip-ons own my heart. Not as much as my favorite Tommy Hilfiger slip-ons, but they have their own spot. I found them on asos. By the way: Thank you Cèline for re-introducing slip-ons to the world. Well done, Phoebe. Well done.
