Mir ist aufgefallen, dass ich schon ewig keinen Liquid Sand Lack mehr vorgestellt habe. Natürlich ist die anfänglich Euphorie über diese bahnbrechende Textur-Innovation längst Sand von gestern, aber manchmal dann doch wieder ganz schön. Gestern musste es zudem schnell gehen und weil die Liquid Sand Lacke super fix trocknen, habe ich Jinx hervorgekramt (Ania hat ihn am Sa getragen und mich daran erinnert, dass es Koralle und Sommer einfach gut zusammenpassen). Jinx, angelehnt an Halle Berrys Figur (oder auch nur an ihrem Bikini) aus Stirb an einem anderen Tag, ist ein knalliges Koralle mit einer Portion Orange und viel goldenem Glitzer. Eine super Sommerfarbe. Er wurde letztes Jahr im Rahmen der Bond Girls Liquid Sand Kollektion released. Ich habe Jinx nur in der Miniversion, weil die Liquid Sand Lacke ja kein langlebiger Trend sind und mir die kleine Version da ausreicht. Basecoat, zwei Schichten Jinx draufgepinselt, ab ins Freibad und dann so schön auftauchen wie Halle Berry es uns vorgemacht hat.
It's been a long time since I showed you a liquid sand nail polish. The formula is no longer new and fancy and we don't get excited any more when we run our fingers over the rough surface. But when I painted my nails yesterday I had zero time to wait for my nail polish to dry and needed something that would set me good to go within minutes. Thanks to Ania who reminded me of Jinx and the importance of coral shades for summer on saturday. So I reached for Jinx. Jinx is a perfect summer shade. It is a bright orangey coral with lots of golden glitter in it. Jinx is supposed to remind us of Halle Berry (or her legendary orange two piece swim suit) as Jinx in Die Another Day. It is part of the Bond Girls Liquid Sand collection, which has been released last year. I bought the Bond Girls mini set because I knew that this trend wouldn't be around for very long and I wanted to try several colors of this collection. So if you need to be out the door in twenty minutes, grab your base coat, two coats of Jinx, then jump into the pool and show Halle Berry how seductivly you can get out of the water.
