Sommer. Die 30 Grad-Marke ist geknackt und was gibt es Besseres als bei strahlend blauem Himmel am Pool zu sitzen? Genau, es gibt nichts Besseres. Ok, Eis essen vielleicht. Oder eben knallblauen Nagellack.
Als mein boyfriend No Room for the Blues gesehen hat und ihm die Farbe auf Anhieb gefiel, wurde er auch gleich lackiert. No Room for the Blues stammt aus der Bright Pair Collection, einer Kollaboration von OPI und Paige Denim aus dem Jahr 2009. Ein perfektes Himmelblau, genau richtig für den Sommer. Die Konsistenz ist genau so, wie ich sie von OPI kenne und liebe: Nicht zu dünn- oder dickflüssig und mit zwei Schichten perfekt deckend. Sieht hervorragend zu Looks in Schwarz oder Weiß oder Schwarz-Weiß (wir gehen ja mit dem Trend) aus.
Übrigens: Habt ihr schon die Promotionbilder oder swatches der neuen OPI San Francisco Kollektion gesehen? Meine Wunschliste ist schon geschrieben!
Summer. It's hot outside, the sky is clear and there is nothing better than sitting by the pool. Maybe ice cream. Or maybe sky blue nail polish.
The minute my boyfriend spotted No Room for the Blues he liked it so much that he convinced me to paint my nails with it. No Room for the Blues has been released in the Bright Pair Collection in 2009 which was a collaboration of OPI and Paige Denim. It's a perfect popping sky blue, just right for summer. The formula is great, as always. Not too thin or too thick and yo can totally get away with two coats. I like to pair it with black or white looks or black&white looks (yes, we do follow latest trends).
By the way: Have you seen the promotion-pics or swatches of OPI's upcoming San Francisco Collection? I am beyond excitement!
