Garnier Fructis Schaden Löscher Seidige Versiegelung Creme-Kur

Und wir sprechen mal wieder über Haare. Warum? Weil Haare, vor allem gesundes Haar, einfach eines meiner liebsten Themen ist. Ich habe ja schon öfter erwähnt, dass ich vor ein paar Jahren mit üblem Spliss zu kämpfen hatte. Blonde Strähnchen (ich will nicht darüber reden) und exzessiver Glätteisengebrauch haben meine Haare so weit gebracht, dass sie sich aus Verzweiflung bis zu zehn Mal aufgeteilt haben. Natürlich habe ich Ölkuren gemacht und Hitzeschutz verwendet, aber meine Haare sind grundsätzlich sehr schwach und anfällig. Deswegen passe ich heute besser auf sie auf und halte sie fern von Lockenstäben und Färbungen.

Als das Päckchen von Garnier kam, war ich deswegen in heller Aufregung. Enthalten war der Garnier Fructis Schaden Löscher Seidige Versiegelung. Der Schaden Löscher soll Schäden in der Haarstruktur reparieren und zukünftigen vorbeugen und die Oberfläche glätten. Phyto-Keratin bildet dabei einen aktiven Schutzschild. Angewandt wird die Creme-Kur nach der Wäsche und wird nicht ausgespült. Und das Ergebnis ist whooooa: Meine Haare fühlen sich so so geschmeidig und weich an. Und die duften gut. Eine Freundin fasste meine Spitzen neulich an und war hin&weg von der Seidigkeit. Der Hinweis "nicht beschwerend" trifft hier voll ins Schwarze. Einziger Minuspunkt (wie immer bei mir): Amodimethicone und Phenyl Trimethicone. Ich hab einfach ein Problem mit Silikonen. 

Falls es bis jetzt noch nicht durchgesickert ist: Mein Daumen geht hoch für den Schaden Löscher. Ok, Abzüge in der B-Note gibts für die Silikone, aber wer damit kein Problem hat wird mit dem Produkt höchst zufrieden sein.

Let's talk hair. Again. Hair is just one of my favorite topics, especially when it's about healthy hair. It's very personal, because a couple of years ago I had to deal with the worst split ends, ever. I used my straightening iron excessively, had blond highlights (what was I thinking?) and ruined my hair completely. I used different treatments and products that protected my hair from the heat of styling tools, but my hair is very sensitive and just gave up. Today I take better care of it hair. No hair dye for me and styling tools are used only sporadically, like twice a year. When Garnier sent me their newest addition in their Damage Eraser Product line I couldn't wait to get it into my hair. The Garnier Damage Eraser leave in treatment is supposed to repair damaged areas, smooth roughness and prevent future damage. There's Phyto-Keratin in it which acts as a protective shield. After application my hair is soft and smooth to the touch and smells incredibly. The only downside: There are silicones in this formula and I don't like silicones. At all. If you don't care about silicones then I suggest you give this a try.

Manche wünschen sich einen Porzellanteint wie Schneewittchen, andere eine Mähne wie Rapunzel. Da ich sowieso ziemlich blass bin, hat sich das mit dem schneeweißen Hautton schon von selbst erledigt. Und unter uns: das klingt leider nur im Märchen ganz zauberhaft. Im wahren Leben geht ohne Rouge und etwas Bronzer gar nichts. Sonst wird in meinem Fall aus dem elfenhaften Wesen aus einer Disneygeschichte ganz schnell dieses fiese Ding aus The Grudge. Auch ohne emo-inspiriertes Augenmake-up. Bleibt also Rapunzels Traumhaar. Und so einfach ist das auch nicht. Seitdem ich dem Glätteisen vor ein paar Jahren abgeschworen habe, hält sich Spliss von meinen Haaren fern. Beste Voraussetzungen um langes, schönes Haar a la Rapunzel zu züchten. Und relativ lang werden sie ja auch, wenn ich nicht ständig die Schere ansetzen würde. Aber: sie sind nicht besonders robust. Vor ca. 1,5 Jahren hatte ich Haarausfall. Richtig üblen Haarausfall. Haarewaschen und Kämmen wurden zur Mutprobe und obwohl ich hart im Nehmen bin, musste ich mich immer schwer zusammenreißen um nicht jedes Mal gleich loszuweinen. Wer das schon mal durchgemacht hat, der weiß wie schlimm es sich anfühlt, wenn die Dusche aussieht, als hätte man einen Hund gebürstet. Der Alptraum. Glücklicherweise habe ich das Problem mittlerweile gut im Griff. Hochdosiertes Biotin hat sicherlich dazu beigetragen. Und trotzdem möchte ich gerne vorbeugen und mein schwächliches Haupthaar so gut wie möglich stärken. 

Da kommt die neue Kraft Zuwachs Reihe von Garnier Fructis wie gerufen. Als Mitglied der Garnier Blogger Academy durfte ich die neuen Produkte vorab testen. Die Linie besteht aus Shampoo, Spülung, Maske und Serum und soll kraftloses Haar regenerieren und den Haarerneuerungsprozess stimulieren. Enthalten sind kräftigende Ceramide und ein Aktiv-Frucht-Konzentrat. In Kombination angewendet soll das Haar dadurch gestärkt werden und neuen Glanz und Substanz bekommen. Das Aktivierende Serum mit Stemoxydine soll die Haarwurzel stimulieren und dem Haar dadurch zu dauerhafter Fülle verhelfen. Die kräftigende Creme Kur sorgt nochmal für eine extra Portion Pflege. 

Was alle Produkte dieser Reihe gemeinsam haben: einen sehr intensiven, aber ziemlich guten fruchtigen Duft. Apfel? Ich mag das gern, aber wer duftempfindlich ist, dem könnte das zu viel sein. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass keine Parabene enthalten sind. Wenn jetzt noch die Amodimethicone gestrichen werden, wäre ich noch etwas glücklicher. Nach dem Waschen mit Shampoo und Spülung sind meine Haare angenehm weich, fühlen sich wirklich etwas fülliger an und glänzen. Allerdings ist meine sensible Kopfhaut etwas genervt und juckt. Leider fetten meine Haare auch schneller nach. Das Problem habe ich allerdings mit allen Shampoos von Fructis.

Die kräftigende Creme-Kur ist reichhaltig und einen Hauch beschwerend. Kein Beinbruch wenn man die Haare als Dutt oder Pferdeschwanz trägt. Das leave in-Serum habe ich natürlich auch ausprobiert und leider verträgt es sich nicht mit meiner Kopfhaut. Da die Wirksamkeit erst nach ca. 90 Tagen sichtbar wird, kann ich dazu leider überhaupt nichts sagen. Für mich ist die neue Kraft Zuwachs-Reihe insgesamt also nicht sooo der Brüller. Ich setze einfach weiter auf mein Biotin und vorsichtiges Kämmen. 

Every girl dreams of shiny, healthy and most of the time - long hair. Thinking Rapunzel (or the girl from Disney's Tangled before the short cut). Others dream of Snow White's red lips and pale skin. In terms of pale skin, I'm Snow White and trust me when I say that this ain't to fairy tale. You just look straight dead or like this creepy kid from The Grudge. But when it comes to hair, I'm no Rapunzel. Although my hair is healthy since I stopped using my flat iron, it's not exactly strong. It's pretty delicate actually and can't stand heat or excessive combing. I suffered from hair loss a year and half ago and if you experienced this before you know how frustrating this is. Combing and washing is like playing truth or dare without the dare option. You have to go with truth and the constant fear of ending up bald headed like that one uncle you don't like and who is never invited to family parties. So, so frustrating.
I have no information on international releases yet, that's why I have no clue how this may be called in other countries so we have to work with the German name here.
Garnier Fructis new series Kraft Zuwachs came just in time to help me take care of my weak strands. It includes shampoo, conditioner, a mask and a treatment. All products claim to strengthen the hair and add shine. It claims to support the growth of shiny, strong hair. What I really like is the scent of this particular line: it's fruity and pretty strong. Apple maybe? If your sensitive to scents, this might be too irritating for your nose. After washing my hair with the shampoo and conditioner it was smooth and indeed shiny. I also noticed a little bit of volume. But unfortunately my hyper sensitive scalp is no fan of the shampoo. It showed its dislike with (b)itchiness. The mask although hydrating, weighs my hair down. But it's great for days when I intend to wear my hair in a bun and don't need a lot of volume. For example when it's crazy hot outside like last week. The leave-in treatment must be applied directly on the scalp and massaged into the skin. It is supposed to stimulate hair renewal with ingredients like ceramids. I really wanted this to work, but my scalp just refuses to cooperate. And because it takes at least ninety days for the serum to come up with any noticeable effect, I can't say whether it works or not. Overall this new series isn't a hit for me. I will stick to my biotin and careful brushing instead.

Battle of the dry shampoos: Batiste vs. Colab vs.Bumble and bumble

 Ich liebe Trockenshampoo und ich bin dem Erfinder dieses großartigen Produktes auf ewig zu Dank verpflichtet. Morgens zu spät dran und die Haare liegen gar nicht? Trockenshampoo. Nach dem Sport die Haare auffrischen? Trockenshampoo. Eigentlich müsste man die Haare waschen, aber ein Dutt geht noch? Trockenshampoo. Das klingt jetzt wahrscheinlich so, als würde ich mir nie die Haare waschen, was natürlich nicht der Fall ist. Aber aufgrund meiner ziemlich empfindlichen Kopfhaut ist tägliches Haarewaschen einfach nicht drin. Alle zwei, selten alle drei Tage ist da schon realistischer. Weil meine Haare allerdings etwas feiner sind und Freude daran haben, mich durch schnelleres Nachfetten zu ärgern, kann ich an Tag zwei selten auf Trockenshampoo verzichten. Nachdem das also geklärt wäre: Welches ist denn das beste? Ich habe drei Produkte getestet und einen klaren Sieger küren können. Aber zunächst zu den Kandidaten. 

I love dry shampoo. No, really and I would like to thank the person who invented it, because man I owe you big time. If my hair needs to be washed, but I could get away with wearing a bun than I reach for my dry shampoo. My post workout hair needs to be refreshed before I wash it back home? Just give me a sprizz of dry shampoo, it will handle that. 

Okay so maybe now it seems as if I never wash my hair which would be gross. But I assure you that I do wash my hair, but because my scalp is very sensitive, washing it everyday just makes it worse. On the other side my hair has a slight tendency to get greasy and that's why I need dry shampoo to survive these second days without regular shampoo. You see, I basically couldn't live without this stuff. That's why it's important to find the best product. I put three kinds of dry shampoo to the test and here are my results: 

Colab Extreme Volume Dry Shampoo Rio vs. Batiste Fresh Dry Shampoo vs. Bumble and bumble Brown Hair Powder

Nummer eins ist das Dry Shampoo von Batiste. Das benutze ich seit etwa drei Jahren. Bevor es bei Douglas erhältlich war, konnte man es über Asos beziehen. Mit knapp 4€ für 200ml ist es günstig und zudem auch in einer kleinen 50ml Größe erhältlich, was super für Reisen und Kurztripps ist. Es gibt verschiedene Duftrichtungen und auch eine Reihe mit farbigen Shampoos, die ich allerdings noch nicht getestet habe. Meistens greife ich zu Fresh oder Original. Die Handhabung ist bei allen Trockenshampoos gleich: Dose gut schütteln, auf das Haar sprühen, mit den Händen einmassieren, ausbürsten und wieder frisch aussehen. 

Das Batiste Trockenshampoo hinterlässt keine Rückstände und auch keine weißen Partikel in den Haaren. Außer man geht zu nah ran und vergisst es dann auszubürsten (aus Fehlern lernt man oder man guckt einfach nochmal in den Spiegel bevor man das Haus verlässt). Es ist quasi unsichtbar und schmeißt noch ein wenig Volumen in die Runde. 

Let's start with Batiste's Dry Shampoo. I started using this about three years ago. Most of the time I stick to the Original or Fresh scent, but there are others available and also three colored versions. 200ml retail for about 4€, there is also a 50ml mini can which is perfect for throwing in your travelbag. Batiste is available at Douglas, but you can also order it from Asos. So it's totally easy to get your hands on this wherever you live in Europe. 

Using it is super easy as with all dry shampoos: give it a good shake, spray it on your roots, massage it in a bit, brush it out and there you go looking fresh as ever. Make sure to hold the can not too close to your hair, otherwise you end up with white spots on your head. Memo to myself: And don't forget to brush your hair before leaving the house. People will stare and you hate being stared at. 

Nummer zwei ist das Extreme Volume Dry Shampoo von Colab. Vielleicht ist es dem einen oder anderen auf Viviana Does Make-up begegnet. Sie hat sich neulich erst wieder als Fan geoutet. Auch diese Variante kommt in verschiedenen Duftrichtungen daher. Ich habe mir Rio bestellt, weil ich im tiefsten Winter plötzlich Lust auf Palmen, Strand und Piña Coladas hatte und keines der vorher genannten Dinge zur Hand hatte. Piña Colada wäre theoretisch drin gewesen, aber es war 12h nachmittags an einem Dienstag. Da trinkt man höchstens Wein, um sich vom Montag zu erholen. Weiter im Text. Bestellt habe ich bei feelunique. Das Päckchen gelangte ohne Umwege zu mir, ich musste also nicht wie viele andere wochenlang darauf warten, weil der Zoll erst damit spielen wollte. Preislich liegt es wie das Batiste Trockenshampoo im günstigen Bereich. 200ml sind für etwa 6€ zu haben. Auch hier gibt es reisefreundliche 50ml Sprühdöschen. 

Mit dem Trockenshampoo von Colab bekommt man ein solides Produkt, das macht was es soll. Allerdings hinterlässt Colab einen leichten Film auf meinen Haaren, den ich nicht vollständig ausbürsten kann. Es ist kein weißer Schleier, sondern eher ein leicht klebriger, aber unsichtbarer Film. Meinem Dutt oder Pferdeschwanz ist das egal, offnen Haaren leider weniger. Sie verlieren schneller an Volumen. Finde ich jedenfalls. 

Next is Colab's Extreme Volume Dry Shampoo in Rio. Maybe some of you came across this on Viviana Does Makeup, where she just recently raved about this. There are several scents available, but since I was in the mood for sand, palms and piña coladas, but I live near a forest and not a beach and because it was Tuesday aka the day when only wine is acceptable to get over Monday, I chose Rio. A fresh and fruity scent, available in a 200ml can for ca. 6€ and 50ml (ca. 4€). I ordered my dry shampoo from feelunique. It makes my hair look fresh again and delivers some volume, but it also leaves some kind of residue behind. It's practically invisible, but I can feel it when I touch my hair. It's kind of sticky. That's why I prefer to wear my hair in a ponytail or bun when using Colab's dry shampoo. Otherwise I touch it all the time which leads to an even quicker loss of volume and makes it look greasy again. 

Und mit der Nummer drei geht das einzige Produkt mit Farbpigmenten an den Start: Das Hair Powder Brown von Bumble and bumble.* Es soll nicht nur die Haare auffrischen, sondern auch die Farbe. 125g gibt es für ca. 45€ über Douglas. Ein ziemlich stolzer Preis für - Achtung Spoiler - den Verlierer dieser Runde. Ich habe das Produkt schon eine ganze Weile und konnte mich gar nicht daran erinnern, dass es so teuer ist. Auch wenn es sich Hair Powder nennt, ist es ein Trockenshampoo. Der Name soll es wahrscheinlich nur von der Schar Trockenshampoos abheben. Brown passt eigentlich gut zu meiner natürlichen Haarfarbe und die Idee dahinter ist auch clever: Wenn Farbe mit im Spiel ist, kann es auch keine weißen Rückstände geben. Dafür dann aber Farbkleckse überall. Denn die Dosierung ist schwierig. Ich habe es aus allen erdenklichen Positionen und Winkeln versucht. Wer es nachmachen möchte: Am besten nackt vor den Spiegel stellen, das Badezimmer komplett mit Folie auslegen und sich erst nachher schminken. Die Farbkleckse hat man nachher nämlich überall, auch im Gesicht. Und nein, die gehen nicht als Sommersprossen durch. Geht man zu nah ran, endet man mit großen braunen Farbflecken auf der Kopfhaut, die aussehen wie filmreife Kopfverletzungen. Vielleicht habe ich mich auch nur doof angestellt, aber dann soll mir mal jemand zeigen wie es richtig geht. Wenn nicht, ist mir das echt viel zu viel Aufwand. Da kann man auch gleich Haare waschen. 

The last one is from Bumble and bumble and its their Hair Powder in Brown.* Powder=Dry shampoo, they just wanted a fancier name for it and a reason to charge 45€/36$ for 125g, I guess. While Batiste and Colab are regular dry shampoos, Bumble and bumble's Hair Powder is colored. The idea behind this is great: When a dry shampoo is colored there is no need to be afraid of white residue, but what they don't tell you, is that you have to be extremely careful when using this. You need skills to do this right and apparently I have none. There is only one way to do it: Don't wear clothes or make up, stand in front of a mirror and its best to lay some plastic sheets all over your bathroom floor. Hold the can as far away as possible. No matter how hard I try, I end up with brown dabs all over my head, my face, clothes (that's why it's best to do this without clothing) and bathroom floor. Some dabs on my head looked like serious injuries. Cool for a Halloween party, but not so cool on regular days when you need to be out the door in five minutes and it looks as if your head is bleeding. In this case you have to wash your hair which defeats the purpose of dry shampoo. 

*Das Design der Flasche und der Name des Produkts wurden zwar geändert, es nennt sich jetzt A Hint of Brown Hair Powder, aber an dem Produkt an sich dürfte sich nichts verändert haben.

Mein Fazit ist wohl eindeutig: Der Sieger ist ganz klar das Trockenshampoo von Batiste. Günstig, idiotensicher in der Handhabung und mit dem besten waschen-erst-morgen-Effekt. 

Auf dem zweiten Platz folgt das Extreme Volume Dry Shampoo von Colab. Guter Preis, guter Duft, vielleicht nicht ganz so leicht zu beschaffen und das Ergebnis kann sich vielleicht nicht anfassen, aber sehen lassen. 

So richtig abgelost hat das Hair Powder von Bumble and bumble. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt, die Handhabung erfordert viel Geschick und Vorbereitung (total super wenn man es morgens eilig hat) und das Ergebnis ist enttäuschend. 

Ich bleibe bei meinem Batiste Dry Shampoo und brauche kein fancy Hair Powder. Und sollte ich mal wieder vergessen es an ein paar Stellen auszubürsten (letzte Woche noch), gehört das einfach zum Look. Granny Chic ist nämlich immer noch cooler als Kopfverletzungen. 

My favorite of this bunch must be the Batiste Dry Shampoo. It's super affordable, adds volume to my hair and leaves no residue behind. That's why I will stick to it. Colab's dry shampoo is very close to being number one because it's great for days when I wear my hair up and need a tropical scent to get me in a holiday mood, plus it has a decent price. The loser is clearly Bumble and bumble's Hair Powder. I'm sorry Bumble and bumble, your surf spray is amazing, but your hair powder not so much. 

Embrace messy hair with kms California Hair Play Playable Texture

Was ich nie verstanden habe? Warum manche Menschen ihre Haare am zweiten Tag nach der Haarwäsche lieber mögen. Ich dachte immer, dass dieses Phänomen für Models reserviert sei oder für die Menschen, die auf Into the Gloss ihr Top shelf vorstellen. Das einzige was ich nämlich am zweiten Tag mit meinen Haaren anstellen kann, ist ein Dutt. Und auch das nur mit Hilfe von Trockenshampoo. Der dritte Tag muss dann mit einer Haarwäsche beginnen, sonst hilft auch kein Trockenshampoo mehr. Schnell fettende Ansätze sind hier das Problem. Wahrscheinlich konnte ich deswegen nie nachvollziehen, warum man so scharf auf diese Griffigkeit am zweiten Tag ist. Ich hatte sie einfach nie. Bis jetzt. Vor drei Wochen hat meine gute Frisifee Martina meine Mähne um ein ziemlich gutes Stück gekürzt und plötzlich überkommt mich dieses unbändige Verlangen nach Textur im Haar. Meine leichten Wellen kommen jetzt besser zur Geltung und auf einmal ist da ein Volumen wie ich es noch nie gesehen habe. Ins frisch gewaschene, trockene Haar sprühe ich dann etwas von kms California Hair Play Playable Texture, wuschel es etwas durch und fertig. Ich kann die Wirkung gar nicht richtig erklären, aber es macht irgend etwas mit meinen Haaren. Und das gefällt mir so gut, dass ich den Voodoopuppen anderer Longbob-Trägerinnen mit perfekt texturierten Spitzen nicht länger lange Nadeln in den Schädel stecken muss. Am zweiten Tag mache ich übrigens immer noch einen Dutt. Davon kann mich leider auch nicht noch so viel Textur abhalten. 

I never understood why people wanted to have second day hair. I always thought that it's some kind of thing that only looks good on models or that its some phenomena you read about on into the gloss in their top shelf series. My hair just gets greasy on the second day. The only thing I can do with it on the second day is a top knot and therefore I need a certain amount of dry shampoo. So what's all that buzz about texture? For me there never was anything fancy or glamorous about second day hair until now. I cut my hair a few inches three weeks ago and immediately felt a strong urge to add some texture and volume to my hair. Suddenly my barely there waves looked really good and I wanted to give them something to enhance them. Well now I understood what this whole texture thing is about. I ordered a bottle of Playable Texture by kms California's Hair Play range. Just a little sprizz here and there and my waves are defined and I get that texturized, messy look I always envied on other people's shoulder length hair. And yes, I use this with fresh hair, because I still go for a top knot on the second day. 

My winter essentials

Als ich heute morgen aus dem Fenster sah, hatte ich nur einen Gedanken: Kalt. Über Nacht ist ordentlich Schnee gefallen und spätestens jetzt ist es an der Zeit, meine absoluten "eisig kalter Winter essentials" zu präsentieren. Zunächst mal ein kleiner Eindruck meiner Umwelt an diesem heutigen Tage. Zu sehen ist nicht etwa das Innere einer Schneekugel, sondern der Blick aus meinem Wohnzimmerfenster.

Da ich zwar ein Mützenfreund bin, aber Mützen mein Haar nicht nur platt und matt aussehen lassen , sondern auch meinen Ansatz in sekundenschnelle nachfetten lassen, verzichte ich oft darauf. Das bedeutet auch, dass meine Haare den nordpolartigen Brisen gnadenlos ausgesetzt sind. Deshalb brauchen sie viel Pflege. Um besonders meine Spitzen vor dem Austrocknen zu schützen, sprühe ich nach der Wäsche die Keratin Boost Essenz aus der Luxe Oil Serie von Wella Professionals ins Haar. Argan-, Jojoba- und Mandelöl geben dann alles um meine Spitzen nicht in Stroh zu verwandeln. Und wie das riecht. Man sollte es essen dürfen.

Seitdem ich mein erstes Duschgel von Philosophy kaufte, bin ich der Marke hoffnungslos verfallen. Wahrscheinlich auch, weil sie in Deutschland nicht erhältlich ist. Wann immer ich also etwas von Philosophy entdecke, wird es gnadenlos eingetütet. Ich schnuppere schon gar nicht mehr am Deckel, um zu sehen ob mir der Duft gefällt. Bei meiner Nummer eins Winterpflege fürs Gesicht musste ich das auch gar nicht. Der berühmte hope in a jar high-performance moisturizer überzeugt auch so. Hat Oprah nicht mal behauptet, dass dies die beste Feuchtigkeitspflege sei? Würde Oprah uns anlügen? Niemals. Where there is hope there can be faith heißt es auf der Verpackung, ich habe meine Hoffnungen in diese reichhaltige und doch super schnell einziehende Pflege gesetzt und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich will jetzt nicht sagen, dass ich einer alternativen Philosophy-Glaubensgemeinschaft beitreten würde, aber für eine Flasche Raspberry Glazed oder French Vanilla Bean oder Cinnamon Buns des 3-in1 cleansers bekommt ihr meine Unterschrift, liebe Schwestern und Brüder. 

Ich bin nicht nur ein Mützen, sondern auch ein Handschuhverweigerer. Meistens jedenfalls. Damit fühlen sich die Hände irgendwie so fremd an. Deswegen brauchen die Patschehändchen ein Extra an Aufmerksamkeit. Obwohl ich im Moment völlig besessen bin von einer anderen Handcreme (mehr dazu bald auf dem blog), ist die Kiehl's Ultimate Strength Hand Salve genau das Richtige bei Minusgraden. Sie ist fett, reichhaltig und zieht ewig nicht ein. Deswegen trage ich sie bevorzugt nur auf den Handoberflächen auf. Dort sorgt sie dann dafür, dass meine Hände dem Winter den Feuchtigkeitsmittelfinger zeigen können. 

Was aber ist die liebste Zielscheibe des Winters? Genau, die Lippen. Die brauchen ein Schutzschild wie es Captain America hat. Würde nur mitten im Gesicht kein Sinn machen wenn man nicht das ganze Kostüm dazu trägt. Deswegen vertraue ich einem alten Bekannten: Carmex. I really like hats and beanies. But whenever I wear let's say a beanie, my head seems to punish me with flat and matte hair and leaving my fresh hair desperately longing for dry shampoo or another hair wash. So I often resist the urge to wear a beanie or headband and therefore my hair needs a lot of moisture to make it through the winter. Are you a fan of gloves? I'm not. Wearing them my hands feel like they no longer belong to my body and start doing weird things and every time I touch something it feels like it will slip out my hands any minute.
